We’re sorry, but refunds or returns on items in the Local Artisan Box are not possible. However, if you receive damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to make things right!
If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, please send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no cost to you. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be be used to improve quality assurance processes. Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Local Artisan Boxes. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item.
Local Artisan Boxes is not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or which occurs after the postal carrier has delivered your package.
Unfortunately, subscriptions are non-refundable.
